We have all that we need already inside of us. Therapy can be a process of uncovering those things that we’ve forgotten or unlearned as we developed necessary coping behaviors as children. People are complicated (!) and I look at the “whole” of individuals: emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual. I’m person-centered and psychodynamic. I look through a CBT lens to explore your thoughts and beliefs about self. I integrate other perspectives, including nature and spirituality as appropriate.
Self-reflection and exploration can be scary, hard work at times, AND also super rewarding. I’m passionate about joining others on their journey of introspection and self-discovery. What Inspires Me
Because of its keen observation skills, hawk is sometimes regarded as a messenger from the spiritual realm. As hawk soars overhead, we’re reminded to be open to different and higher perspectives. This can be helpful in therapy as we seek to uncover and strengthen our personal truth.
