I believe we all have the potential within us to resolve the traumas we have faced.  I see myself as someone who assists in facilitating this incredible process and supporting your growth.

My clients are resilient people who are willing to make changes in their lives by making choices to put themselves first in their lives, by making healthy decisions for themselves, and by working on their own self worth. My clients are folks who embrace their humanness and gather the courage to work through the toxic shame they may experience and the guilt that holds them back.

I have over 10 years of experience working with survivors of trauma suffered as a child or an adult, be it sexual, physical, through torture or violent crime(s). I assist clients in recognizing what is working for them as well as changing what isn’t. I enjoy supporting my clients on their journey of unlocking their untapped resources.

I utilize Somatic Experiencing techniques to assist my clients in gently processing the trauma that they have suffered. I do this by helping client process the fight, flight, and freeze responses that get stuck in the body as a result of trauma. I trust in the intelligence held in the body to take care of itself, and assist clients in connecting with the body’s innate intelligence.

I work with clients suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder, dissociative identity disorder, chronic pain, fibromyalgia, grief and loss, car accidents, war trauma, and medical trauma. I speak Hindi, Urdu, Punjabi, and English.
